This is the worse tv I have ever owned. Started two years ago out of the box with a sound problem got that fixed. Now the tv has a loud hiss and the picture is flickering. Called customer service what a joke took me through some steps to troubleshoot and then told me to call the parts department that they could help me. DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. A 1000 dollar tv should last longer that two years

We bought our vizio T.V. less than a year ago, 6 months later the screen went black! We had to wait almost THREE months to get it replaced!!!!!! Then when our “new” t.v. came it lasted less than 2 months and now its broken, the screen is fuzzy with a rainbow color. I ABSOLUTELY would not buy a vizio television ever again and I would NOT recomend it to anyone!!!!!

ive had this tv for almost 1 year now and it has been flawless . i have 4 kids things get thrown . this set has taken several hard blows and not a scratch i have been amazed several times i thought it was sure to be done but even a five foot tall bookcase corner right to the screen caused no damage. would buy another in a minuite great tv!!!!!!!!!
