very unhappy. While my vizo vw42l only bought 3 years ago screen turned black while watching, Got my paperwork out on it called the phone number on ALL psperwork and get told the number has been disconected! Hmmmm wonder why????? Been trying ti call a number on the computer I found but cant seem to get through! I have bought and had t.vs for way longer than three years! Come on now. Until I get through to thee people I would tell everybody looking to buy a neww t.v NEVER EVER buy vizo.
Unless you dont mind throwing your money away.

Bought a Vizio VW42L 3 years ago; all of a sudden the screen went black. I talked with the tech rep at Vizio and was told the TV was not repairable.
