My $1200.00 42″ Vizio lasted only 3 years. Does not seem like a good investment to me. Impossible to get anyone at Vizio to help. Poor customer service from the company that claims to be “The #1 HDTV in America” vERY DISSAPOINTED.

So far, so good. Big upgrade from the CRT the kids were using for DVDs, gaming, etc. Fantastic deal at Sam’s – just under $670.

this tv went belly-up within 4 months. then we had to live with a half green screen for two months. the service was the worst i’ve ever experienced. I would not wish this tv or its service on my worst enemy. and if i could get my money back, i would.
