I've had it for 3 years with no problems. It has a vary good picture. I've had problems with the sound since it was a month old.The people at BEST BUYS would not replace it but they did offer to send it to the shop. I emailed Toshiba and never got a response from them, That not very good customer service. Because it's a sporatic problem there was no telling how long the shop would have it. I don't think my wife would be happy without a tv for who knows how long so we just live with it. I know 2 things...I won't buy another Toshiba and i won't shop at BEST BUYS again.
