Worthless customer service. 26" HD 1080p tV purchased 18 months ago has had it's main board die. My only option, not having bought an extended warranty, is to spend $75.00 shipping it to New Jersey where they will charge me to assess and fix it.. Worthless junk. Samsung won't even reply if you write them with a problem. Make sure get extended warranty even though expensive.
