Up for review: Panasonic TC-L32G1 32-inch LCD TV. Some of the most impressive TV’s released for 2009 is the G1 series from Panasonic; not necessarily because of the new features but because of the bang for the buck. In order to keep the cost low, Panasonic has only included the necessities to make this a great HDTV. A review of the resolution shows it has been decreased to 720p. Most networks are only currently broadcasting in 720p and there isn’t much of a difference between 720p and 1080p resolution. 720p also is a good option if this would be a secondary HDTV.
Like the Neo PDP panels for Plasma models, Panasonic has also integrated Neo LCD panels for the LCD line. This takes care of the brightness, contrast and picture quality. All of them are optimized for the perfect images. The IPS structure in the LCD panels has 20,000:1 contrast ratio. The viewing angle in the Panasonic TC-L32G1 is also much more improved than last year. The picture is uniform irrespective of the viewing angle.

The Panasonic TC-L32G1 features 120 Hz Motion Picture Pro3 technology. This feature ensures that the pictures live up to the extra action in the movies or sports scenes. Besides movies, you will also be able to view photos with the SD card reader. Downloading digital photos and sharing them on the TV display will be a pleasure for you.
Connectivity is good in the Panasonic TC-L32G1. A review of the inputs/outputs show that there are 3 HDMI inputs and also the VIERA Link feature. VIERA Link connects all the devices from the HDMI inputs through a single remote. There is no scope of an Infra red remote though. This HDTV also sits comfortably on a swivel base which can be rotated to view the best pictures.
