Up for Review: Coby TFDVD2274 LCD TV. This 22-inch HDTV comes equipped with a slot-loading DVD player. An integrated DVD player is present at the side of the HDTV and provides you with an opportunity to watch the latest movies along with primetime television programs. This unique feature makes the Coby TFDVD2274 more attractive. Other slots include the USB/SD card slots for viewing your digital files. You can attach a digital camera and see all the photos you have taken, on the big screen.
The Coby TFDVD2274 has a display resolution of 1680 x 1050 which is good enough to watch all your television programs. The movies might not seem very good on this TV but it is still a good package for $249.99 MSRP. A full HD resolution of 1080p would have provided a better viewing experience. A 400:1 contrast ratio also leaves a lot to be desired for. The black levels are good but can be improved too with better contrast ratio. The picture quality is otherwise quite good.
